Evaluasi Ketergunaan Aplikasi Tugas Akhir pada Perpustakaan Politeknik Elektronik Negeri Surabaya

The Final Project web based application is one of information technology innovation impelemented by Library of Electronic Polytechnic of Surabaya.The final project application help users to upload final project using an intranet and then the librarian can verifying the digital project final. The final project application made by Computer and Network Team from EEPIS. An application need evaluation to know the advantages and the disadvantages for the application improvement. Usability evaluation is measured by five quality components consisting of Learnablity, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, and Satisfaction. This research uses descriptive quantitative which has primary data source by survey. Technique of collecting data by using simple random sampling. The population is 74 fresh graduate users from Electronic Engineering Polytechnic of Surabaya with 10% significance level and the sample is 42 users. The result of final project application usability evaluation shows that total score of user acceptance is 3.76 which means that the final project application in the Library of Electronic Engineering Polytechnic of Surabaya is usable and easy to use. The result of the partially usability evaluation components of the final project application shows learnability score is 3.80, eficiency score is 3.70, memorability score is 3.64, erroers score is 3.78, and satisfaction score is 3.81. The highest score of quality component is satisfaction with 3.81 and the lowest score quality component is memorability with 3.64 and it need to be improved.
