Abstract

Teacher professionalism in utilizing technology becomes the demands of teachers in the digital age. They have an obligation to continuously improve and develop academic qualifications and competencies in accordance with the development of science, technology and art. Teachers who are not profesional in developing learning models because they do not master technology can not improve the quality of education in accordance with the times. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the professionalism of teachers in using technology at MA Bustanul Ulum. The results of this study found that the professionalism of teachers using technology in learning is still limited by utilizing power points, searching through the internet for enrichment of references, and utilizing google forms for assessment. Therefore there are two main things about the ability of sustainable professionalism that are also found in this study. Both of these are first, educators implement teaching media or audio visuals (for example ICT) to arouse student learning motivation to achieve teaching and learning goals. Second, educators can use ICTs to interact and learn PKB (the development of ongoing professionalism)
