Abstract

Open education resources is one form of the development of learning media in the modern era, open learning resources at improving the quality of education and facilitating the learning process. The internet network open learning resources are very easily accessible to all elements of society ranging from students, teachers, and other institutions. The use of open learning resources depends on the competence of the users to what extent the user ability to utilize open learning resources. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the purpose of this study to determine competence, supporting factors and the inhibiting factorsof PAIteachers in the High Schools of Bppt Al-Fattah Lamongan in the use of open education resources in Islamic religious subjects. The results of the study found that the competence of PAIteachers in the High Schools of Bppt Al-Fattah Lamongan are enough good, by utilizing learning resources through the internet can integrate curriculum, modules and other learning tools. Supporting factors for the use of open education resources are that open learning resources are easily accessible for everyone, freedom of innovation from various sources, opportunities for fellow teachers to collaborate in the use of open learning resources so that they are able to synergize the curriculum and other teaching materials to improve the quality of education. The Inhibiting factors from the use of open learning resources are the limitations of media technology, the ability of teachers to use open learning resources, and a weak internet network.
