Pengaruh partisipasi kegiatan OSIS terhadap berpikir kreatif dalam memecahkan masalah organisasi pada pengurus OSIS

This research is motivated by the fact that formal education emphasizes the development of cognitive rather than affective. So the teaching in schools, there is rarely an activity that demands creative thinking and students are not stimulated to think, act, and behave creatively, As for the problem of this research is " Is there a student council Influence Activity Against Participation In Creative Thinking to Solve Problems in the Organization's Governing council?". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence on the participation of the student council activities creative thinking in solving organizational problems. In this study the data distributed to all council committee in SMP Negeri 1 Gedangan. Then the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis results showed that the participation of the student council activities has a positive and significant influence on creative thinking in solving the problem of the management council in SMP Negeri 1 Gedangan. In addition, the research contribution of 0.397 which shows that 40 % of creative thinking variables can be explained by the independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 60 % is explained by other variables beyond the variables used in this study.
