Abstract

Tinjauan Sistematis Terhadap Faktor Risiko Kejadian Berat Badan Lahir Rendah di Indonesia

A Systematic Review againts Risk Factors on The Low-weight Birth Incidence in Indonesia

The high number of maternal and infant mortality still become the main focus on health problems solving in developing countries. In Indonesia, most neonatal mortality occurs in the first week of life primarly cause by low-weight birth / premature. Birth weight is an important and reliable indicator for the survival of neonates and infants, both in physical or mental growth and development status. LwB could caused by numerous complex factors and related to each other and also maternal factors that affect the baby's birth weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affected the incidence of LwB during 2009-2016. This is a sistematic review study with the source of data obtained from the LwB journal research. The subject to analyze in this study are researchs during the years of 2009 untill 2016 with the total of 14 articles. The study divided risk factors into five associated factors with LwB. From those factors are divided again into 20 aspects, with the results showed that the most dominant cause of the LwB risk are nutrition status, gemeli, economic status, the ANC visiting frequency (less than 4 times), and anemia.
